Tectonic shift is no joke. Last year during a single 7.3 magnitude earthquake in Afghanistan, one third of the major city of Kandahar shifted an 1/8th mile away from the capital of Kabul.

The Earth: "It's not my fault."

Everyone: "It literally is."

I was walking outside on the sidewalk in Olympia WA in 2001, when a magnitude 6.8 earthquake hit. I thought I had a sudden dizzy spell, said as much to my friends I was walking with. They were like "uh... that was an earthquake" and I looked around and saw street lamp posts swaying to the point where the tops were practically hitting the ground they were waving so hard.

Yeah that’s not how any of this works lol. Kandahar and Kabul are like 300+ miles apart, a 7.3 quake is not yeeting a whole third of a city an eighth of a mile closer like it’s on wheels.

Cool video topic, but those numbers are pure Facebook uncle science 💀
